OUR TEAM
Our team has delivered significant projects across theatres, film and TV studios, museums, galleries, heritage assets, and interactive exhibitions as well as commercial and mixed-use developments. We apply the same level of care and commitment to every commission, regardless of scale.
IKS operates a director-led model. Both founding directors are directly involved from project inception through to completion, providing consistency, accountability, and clear expertise when it matters most. This hands-on involvement helps us make timely decisions, manage complexity with confidence, and build strong relationships with clients and design teams alike.
While we remain a focused core team, we draw on a trusted network of specialist partners when required, allowing us to tailor resources to the needs of each project. This agile structure gives clients the reassurance of senior leadership with the flexibility to scale, ensuring robust delivery without unnecessary overhead, successfully delivering across multiple sectors.
